This Privacy Policy explains how TakePair Predict (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website, API, and Telegram Mini App.
Data we collect
We may collect email address, password hash, Telegram ID and username, IP address, device/browser metadata, KYC submission data when required, wallet ledger activity, and support communications.
How we use data
Data is used to provide accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, match bets, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers.
On-chain data
Blockchain transactions to your deposit addresses are public on-chain. We index transfers to credit your account but do not control public ledger permanence.
Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication sessions, CSRF protection, theme preference, and locale. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and anonymous traffic measurement; it loads without a consent prompt when enabled. With your consent we also use PostHog (EU cloud) for product analytics and session replay; wallet addresses, 2FA secrets, and amounts are masked. You can reject PostHog analytics cookies; essential cookies remain required to use the product. Telegram
When you use the Mini App, Telegram provides init data for authentication. Review Telegram’s privacy policy for data processed by Telegram clients.
Retention
We retain account and ledger records as long as needed for operations, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. You may request deletion subject to regulatory retention requirements.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Contact support through official channels listed in the app.
